Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! Please read our shipping policy below:

 

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 12pm (midday) will be dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

  • We aim to dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Exceptions

  • There may be occasions where we are unable to dispatch orders on certain days (for example, due to stock checks or other circumstances).

  • If this happens, we will post an update on our Instagram page so you can stay informed.

 

Delivery & Responsibility

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and may vary.

  • Please note: We cannot be held liable for your package once it has left our warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

    • The shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

    • Someone is available at the address to collect and/or sign for the parcel.

 

Additional Information

  • If a parcel is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, any re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
